We only had one piece of business to take care of in Annapolis during boat show week: getting an extra part for our Airhead. Other than that, it was all about seeing friends.
Sv Moonraker took good care of us. We first met Donna and Bill in Blackpoint, Exumas. We were at a Bahamian dinner spot, Lorraine’s. At first we were seated near some rowdy and well liquored French-Canadians, but we switched seats to a more family friendly table and met Bill and Donna. When Tig came down with a migraine, they gave us a ride back in their dinghy. Later, when we were settled in Maine, Moonraker paid us a visit. It was nice to see them again.
We reconnected with sv Hurrah. V and Anna always have a good time together.
And we never come through Annapolis without stopping at sv Majestic, aka Zachaboard. Cindy and I even managed to squeeze in a ukulele jam session.
Until next time, Annapolis.
